One of the best programmes on food ever. Should be compulsory viewing for clueless urbanites. Whilst I've always enjoyed Jimmy's Farm, I wasn't expecting much from this. I was completely wrong. The opening espisode was a masterpiece.

This started very badly with a gaggle of incompetent hasbeens annoying me. Now at last 3, it's fantastic. Yes the formula is starting to grate badly but finding a natural cook like Liz warms the cockles of your heart.

I think I’ve pretty much seen every TV programme that Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall has made. The quality/interest has varied over the years but I’m really digging (pun intended) this new series.

As the contestants get whittled down, the competition is getting tougher, patience is wearing thin and the tension is rising. This is my favourite reality tv cookery based series and I've enjoyed the 3 preceding series.

Too many weak chefs weaken it slightly. Now down to last 4 but really last 2. Loving every second. Must C TV.

Just when you thought they'd found all the incompetent, loudmouth, arrogant fantasists in the UK for X-Factor, they come out with this bunch of wannabe dictators for The Apprentice.

This isn't a patch on the UK series mainly because they are desperate for conflict to improve the ratings. Having said that, this was a bloody good episode which warmed the cockles.

Can this get any worse?
